"Cheap living and American favorites."

Passyunk is home to the famous Pats and Genos cheesteaks, but my favorite place to eat is located at 7th and Passyunk. The Royal Tavern is great for American favorites with a gourmet twist. Down a few doors is The Dive, a pretty well known bar in South Philly. This area is cheap to live but still very nice.

"South Philly at its Best"

Usually when you think of streets in South Philly, Passyunk Ave is at the top of the list. Many shops and boutiques are on this street and it is close to the best cheesesteaks in the business, Pat's and Geno's. For a real Italian experience the Italian Market is within walking distance; where you can buy fresh produce and fish.
