Guyer Ave, Elmwood

A friend of mine, who cuts my hair, lives on Guyer ave. I've been there probably once a month, for the last six months. Guyer ave exists in a neighborhood that is slowly going down hill. The area reminds me of the parts of the Northeast that are taking a turn for the worst. My friend has had his house up for sale for a little over a year, and has finally found a buyer. He told me the move isn't such a bad thing. He told me all of his old friends that had lived there moved away, due to the ever growing number of lowlifes that are moving in. The houses are fairly plain. They are all row homes, and the street is quite cramped and lined with parallel parked vehicles. When I'm there I can tell it used to be a great neighborhood. Sadly I don't see this street turning around anytime soon.
