"Neighborly and fun."

Palm street in Bakersfield California is a row of small houses and I really wouldn’t classify it as a suburb. There’s a great little church on the street, and a fantastically neighborly community. However, it is rather far away from anything worth one’s time like food and bars, other than parks, there are three parks near it.
