"Very cool apartments"

On forty ninth avenue, in pompano beach, as well as on the surrounding streets, there are a series of apartment buildings. These buildings are rather shabby in nature, but each block of them has a courtyard in the middle of the block. In this courtyard are artificial lakes, and a miniature park, and an Island, with a rec center. Very cool.
