"Too bad the neighborhood's not so nice"
There are some great fixer-up values along the street - some really nice older Queen Anne style homes that need some TLC - but until it becomes the next hot neighborhood, this isn't a place I can recommend for anyone except the very brave. Lots of rental homes have been left to deteriorate and the population's pretty transient. It's too bad because it's very convenient to downtown.

"Not a very good neighborhood"
I do not like to give bad reviews but this is a place for young people who have no children. This is a very rough neighborhood that is why I only lived there for less than a year. The people in this neighborhood are not very friendly. There is a park a couple of blocks away. The food and entertainment is not very good here either.
