North 27th Ave, Deer Valley

This is a great location to live near, there is a lot of different things that meet many needs. There is a large hospital (John C Lincoln) the DMV, a Costco, Target, Michaels, Bath and Body Works, Petco and Famous Footwear. There is also an AMC 30 with an IMAX, Macaroni Grill, Claim Jumpers, Chilis, and Black Angus. Weekend evenings see a lot of teenagers and young people at the movies and surrounding stores. The neighborhood varies from hotel-like, weekly rentals to nice large home moving north or west.
