"Nice location I think"

This street while not the fanciest of places to live I thought was quite nice. This street possessed many of the qualities I would look for in a house but was not quite as nice as I would have liked. The best part to this street in my opinion would the that its located so close to a nice park. This is a nice place for picnics and family time.
