"Downtown Business District"

McIntire Drive in San Diego, California runs along the Naval Medical Center and The San Diego Regional Medical Center. When I went down this road while visiting in California it was a very boring road with nothing but parking lots and business, but there were no shopping businesses or places to eat and definitely no places to live.
