Maplewild Ave Southwest, Burien

Maplewild Ave. SW provides a great street with plenty of greenery and color around some beautiful houses. Traffic is minimal and the view of the sound is breathtaking. The homes are very well maintained and all of the nieghbors are friendly. A great place to take a walk to absorb nature through the trees, flowers and water. The next best thing to hiking through the woods. If you can afford to live on the water, some beautiful houses line this street and are occupied by people that take pride in thier homes. I used to walk through this neighborhood quite a bit and everyone I passed smiled or said hello to me as I walked by. The area is quiet and close enough to the town of Burien that amenities don't have to be missed just to live on the water. Ending at Three Tree Point, which has a terrific dive spot, Maplewild Ave. SW is definitely a place to look for real estate.
