"Street with a library"

The only good things I remember of this street is that it has a library where I visited often. Beside, there are some ok restaurants, not expensive and the food not so bad. But the neighborhood can be intimidating sometimes when you see group of men sitting and standing around chatting, with a smell of alcohols. I would not recommend if you have a family of small kids because obviously I wouldn't feel safe to let them play on the street. Most Chinese (or Asian in general) and Black seem living in this area.

"Convenient but loud at times"

This street consists mostly of houses and shops. Most of the shops are family owned and they sell everything from fresh vegetables to nail polish. There are also a few restaurants to go to, most of them serve Chinese food. There is also the one and only, "99 cents store" on this street for those daily appliances. Although this street has so many benefits, there are some cons to it. The street can be quite loud sometimes because of cars blasting out music. The sidewalks also need cleaning because of stains and dried gum. I would recommend children to be supervised when on this street because there are people who occasionally smoke and drink openly in front of others. I have visited this street many times because it has a library, one of the positive aspects, and it also has a place to drop mail off. It also has great stores for food, such as tamales, tacos, or dim sum. Overall, this street is convenient to live on, but one would have to put up with the negative aspects of this street.
