"Swanky neighborhood, great access to shops and the Presidio"
Laurel Street connects Presidio Heights to Laurel Heights.There are a lot of great shops on both California at Laurel Village and along Sacramento. House on Laurel are generally large and expensive. It's a great neighborhood for walking though some of the hills as you approach the Presidio are somewhat steep.Julius Hahn Playground to the north is a great neighborhood amenity. It's super safe around here, too.
