"La Cresta -- Great schools, great views"

La Cresta is a neighborhood in the city of Rancho Palos Verdes, which is part of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The Peninsula is located in Los Angeles County, CA. Homes in the La Cresta neighborhood often have stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. After all, the area is located at the top of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The La Cresta area is bordered by the City of Rolling Hills to the east, Palos Verdes Land Conservancy acreage to the south, Hawthorne Boulevard and Indian Valley to the west and a jagged border to the north which includes Crestridge and Wallace Ranch.

The La Cresta area includes the developments of Pepper Tree, Cresta Verde, The Ranch, Wallace Ranch, Rolling Hills Country Estates, Vantage Point, Hillcrest Manor and Rolling Hills Park.
