Katan Ave, Great Kills

This street is mostly residential single family homes. It is middle income and mostly families. There are some apartment buildings mixed in with some townhome style homes as well. It is quiet and friendly and there is an elementary school right down the road. People take pride in their homes and yards and everything looks inviting with fenced in yards, little gardens, and flowers. The traffic is pretty average so no concerns there. Things are close enough to get to but you still get the suburban feel. I would be a nice place to raise your family.
