Giffords Ln, Great Kills

The further up you go on Giffords Lane, the nicer the area gets. The lower end has much more graffitti and a more of a run down feeling. It isn't horrible by any means but certainly nothing to look at. Mixed in the residential housing are small family owned business like delis and restuarants, bars, and the more seedier places like psychics. The road also gets nicer the further up it you travel as well. The lower end has more trash laying around and overgrown grass and weeds. On the other hand, the upper end is much more expensive so I guess it just depends on your personal preferences.
