Is the public transportation from Inwood in New York City ok?

It's ok. It's pretty comparable to living in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn as far as transportation goes. You can take either the A or the 1 train from Inwood and be in midtown in about 25-35 minutes if the train is running smoothly.

It's really bad but you are already IN Inwood. Its unto itself. so, entrprenuers, looks like u need some great Pizza. It was there in the '60's at Pizza Haven. I think they MADE. the dough there back then and wasted nothing on spreading the greatness thin by doing pies with extras. Extras weren't til the 70's. Slice and a coke and Patsy Penge flipping pies. Hey, he was Italian, older, cute and behind the counter, trapped on view for we, the adolescent girls with the shared crush. yeah, we were that goofy. I think we thought he looked like some actor that I can't remember now.,,, and oh, yeah, we were taking about pizza.
