"Industrial Area Transforming Into Trendy"
I've lived in Midtown West // Westside since 2001 - and it is really transforming.
I enjoyed the more industrial edge that kept most people away for a while - it is becoming crowded and noisy as the trend setters start moving in and housing prices are really starting to move up out of the affordable range.
I do look forward to this area developing an identity finally.
