Heinel Dr, Roseville

Heinel Drive is a small street in Roseville, a suburb of Saint Paul. The street is clean and safe in an excellent neighborhood. In addition to Owasso Lake, one of the best Muskee fishing lakes in Minnesota, the street is close to several parks and walking trails. I have visited this street regularily (weekly) for over 4 years, and I can never recall seeing a single train on the nearby tracks. It is very common to see families walking babies in strollers or people of all ages out for a bike ride. Except for a few grouchy neighbors who have called the police on my friend's dog (no barking, is always fenced in) the neighborhood is great.
