Hearst Avenue is a small street located in the sunnyside district. It runs parallel to the bust Monterey Blvd. It has a Catholic private school that has grades K-8, St. Finn Barr and an Elementary school, Sunnyside. It is a quiet area that is close to Sunny side park, which has a dog area, a recreation center, a tennis court, a playground, and a basketball court. This street is very safe. It is very close to a conveinence store, a safeway, and many other stores. I great place for families or retirees. It is very close to Balboa BART station and has access to muni buses.
