What's the safest place(s) in Harlem for a young white female?

For you I would suggest two sections.. One would be 103rd until 110th streets and Lexington Avenue and eastward of Lexington Avenue to the East River... Another section would be 116th to 119th streets from 3rd Avenue to Pleasant Avenue... The area is up and coming with new developments on the rise and everything becoming hip and eco friendly... The area will take time to change but for being a young hispanic gay hipster here its quite well for me... I usually avoid Housing projects at night or large groups hanging on corners..
