How much crime is there in Fishkill compared with the rest of Dutchess County?

I did a search for crime stats and I was legitimately shocked; I hope that what I saw was inaccurate. The chances of being murdered, robbed, or having your car stolen are quite low in Fishkill, but the rape score is high. The larceny risk is as well. For full disclosure, there appear to be two different sets of data floating around with Fishkill: one with very exaggerated crime rates, and the others which look more in line with the rest of the county, which is relatively peaceful.

Compared to the rest of Dutchess, the rape and larceny risks seem to be high. Fishkill doesn't stand out as a place where rapes and/or sexual assaults are that big of a problem, so I hope it's incorrect. Looking at a map of local sex offenders, there are not very many living in Fishkill, so I can't vouch for the accuracy of those stats.
