What is it like living in the Financial District South neighborhood of San Francisco? Well, like most financial districts it is a highly urban area. As a matter of fact there are few places to "live" here since you mostly have office buildings. If you do live here, there is a good chance you live in one of the few residential high rises that tower over everything else here.

It feels a lot like New York. Very, very busy with traffic of all kinds during the day and a lot dicier at night. You definitely do get some homeless people around here. But you are also in the heart of the action with museums, theaters and nightclubs in walking distance. Definitely for investor types who like to party.
