What are home prices like in Financial District South, San Francisco at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

The Financial District South in San Francisco is without a doubt on the higher end of the market. Most of the places here are in high rises with spacious apartments and amazing views--which, of course, you have to pay for. $4000 rents for 2 bedroom apartments are not out of the ordinary.

Put simply, this is where you live if you are a stockbroker who wants to walk to work.
