"Great for college students"

Elementary, middle, high, and college schools in area. Great plaza with frys, target, ross, applebees, annas linens, ihop, BofA, Chase, Panda Express, Walmart, walgreens. Around 7pm you can see neighbors walking dogs, and taking them to the park. Traffic is rather busy at times but neighborhood is in the middle of it all. Gas stations, Gym, Tutor Time, Galleghars, buffet, sonic, dmv, sonic, Az Mills Mall 10 min away along with I10 and 60 freeways ramps.
