"Rio Salado and other stuff"

East Elwood Street in Phoenix Borders the southern side of Rio Salado Park. It is also near the airport. The park is fairly dry and has basketball courts, handball courts, picnic areas and bathrooms. There are a number of walking trails there as well. There are some residential areas and some commercial areas on the street.
