"Nothing Much To Look At"
The only thing going for E. 197th Street is there's a school at one end of the street. Otherwise, all you will find when going there are the back of apartment buildings. It appears to me to be like a cross street to get you from Decatur Avenue to Bainbridge Avenue. There is one small street that connects to it in the middle, but that is simply a one-way alley.
