"Dirty Street With Construction"
Nearly the entire street is loaded with torn down or vacated buildings. There is construction going on in many places on the street. Most of the street going from 3rd Avenue to Jerome Avenue is dirty. There are some stores along the way, especially around Webster Avenue and 3rd Avenue. But the rest of it is just filthy.
