"Not Much to Look at For a Short Street"

Half of E. 164th Street has a vacant lot on one side and a few vacant buildings on the other. The street doesn't get better looking until Brook Avenue when it becomes a commercial zone. This is also where E. 164th Street ends.

I would not recommend it for anyone.
