"The modern feeling"

Generally, this neighbor is in the bay area, and with just less than 5 minutes to the lakes. There are some really modern apartment buildings here which are perfect for the singles and couples, especially who love sports since there are both outdoor and indoor stadiums just around the street. People are liberal and nice there. Good place for life.
