I would consider Findlay Market to be in the Downtown Area. Over-the-Rhine is the north end of the Downtown city area. However, if you don't want to walk or drive to Pet Wants at Findlay Market, they offer delivery service. So, if you have a bigger dog that eats a lot, that might be a great option so you don't have to lug the food yourself. Pet Wants offers organic, locally made food (kibble). They also offer some commercial brands of canned food. Check out their local products and treats. They also sell toys.

Shannon Crutchfield, Realtor PRO Louise that was going to be my pick as well! The delivery service is great! The pet treats seems to be a hit with my dog who does not like dry treats.

This is not exactly in Downtown, but Pet Wants is within the Findlay Market and is worth checking out. http://www.petwants.com/home.php
