New to the area, where's the best place to buy a small home in Denver?

I'm single and I'd like to purchase a small 2 bedroom/1 bath. Best areas with good prices right now?

First, welcome. This is one of the greatest most livable cities in our beautiful nation. When it comes to neighborhoods, Denver has many charming neighborhoods that are still very affordable. Also, the layout makes this a very navigable city. Send me a message with your email and I'd be more than happy to send you our latest, affordable, listings that fit your criteria.

If you have kids, I would try and locate in the Cherry Creek School district, It's located in Southeast metro Denver and has homes in all price ranges. If you do not have kids, Cherry Creek North, Washington Park and University Park are all great. Those are in Denver proper.
