Yes, the Children's Museum of Denver is right off of I-25 just south of the Speer Blvd. exit. If you've got little ones it tow, it's a great place to go. I took my kids there for years and they loved it; it's very hands on. They have a real fire truck inside for kids to play on and pretend they are driving. There is a rather large play area on the first floor for younger kids (toddler age) which has a ton of dress up and make believe stations. There is this really cute area in the back where they can pretend they are planting and harvesting vegetables. There are also times when they have story hour. For the older kids they have a pretend store with all types of products they can buy. The kids can grab a kid-sized shopping cart to shop, pretend they are a cashier, etc. There is also a more scientific area where they have tons of bubbles the kids can experiment with (they have goggles and lab coats for them to wear). There is a dress up area for the older kids complete with a stage and lots of mirrors. There is a place where they can paint and do art projects. Anyway, I could go on... Let's just say it's a great time for the kids!
