For truly *authentic* Italian food, you have to go to Patsy's at 3651 Navajo St (5 minutes outside of lo-do). It's Denver's oldest Italian restaurant and you won't be disappointed. The roasted chicken is my personal favorite, but you can also get homemade spaghetti, lasagna, veal, chicken marsala, grilled chicken rigatoni or sausage/meatball sandwiches.
