The Heart for Keeping East Lake Weird. Basement Rock Bands and artists are relocating to East Lake. The “affordable” Art District has started in the eastern shadows of the Magic City. 1920 style Bungalows, English Tudors and Spanish Revivals are becoming the prime dwellings for Birmingham’s Artist Revival movement. Houses are still very affordable in East Lake. Join us now before the market catches on to this artistic migration. Together we can make East Lake weirder one house at a time.
