"Chalcedony the Jewel of PB"
Top 10 Reasons to Live on this Street!
1) Close to St. Brigid’s church, that has a great youthful parish and does a ton of good in the community
2) Close to the northern portion of the beach which is pretty much just a local resource, so nice in San Diego not to have “tourists” on your beach
3) Super Northern PB, so it is not quiet La Jolla pretentious, but weeds out the PB trash
4) There are actually very nice, super cute houses on this street
5) Close the freeway and the resources that Southern La Jolla has to offer
6) Lots of young families! – I mean lots of little tikes roaming around
7) Super close to the dog park and more than dog friendly
8) Walking distance to the PB nonsense, but far enough away to avoid the noise, the drunkards, etc etc
9) Well patrolled by Police!
10) Great Foliage!
