"Great residential street"

Cedar Avenue runs alongside all the great shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach, all the way up to beautiful residential neighborhoods (where even one of the Senators of California lives!). There are front and back yards to the houses along the way, and it's great for pedestrians, with many stop signs and crosswalks.
