Bryans Mill Way
"I suspect the neighbors have too much time on their hands."
I've been a guest on Bryan's Mill Way a few times, and, as the below poster so aptly commented, the parking situation is ridiculous. Being forced to park a mile away just because some neighbor wants to have all three of "their" spaces empty. Guests are not welcome by neighbors, so be wary. Very wary.

"Not allowed to have your mom come visit you"
Ample parking, but your visitors better not use it! Your mother will be harassed. Passive aggressive notes will be left on your visitors' cars. Any guests will be made to feel incredibly uncomfortable.

Is this a condo/ town home development? I could not see clearly from the Aerial view on the map. Does not sound like a nice place to live.
