Brown St, University

This place used to be really bad, but it is better now. A lot of robberies and stuff like that used to happen here, but not so much any more. The police force have really stepped it up here, and I almost never hear of robberies or things like that anymore. There are places I would recommend over this, but it isn't the worst place to you could pick in Ohio.

I used to live right around here and it had become sort of run down and shady, but after a recent visit I was pleasantly surprised. They had opened some new storefronts and brought in some small town college feel (keeping lone time favorites like Second Time Around) along with some well placed nationals like Starbucks. If you visit the UD campus make sure to take a walk up Brown Street.
