"A little scary part of Harlem."

Although some parts of Harlem are improving and the streets are getting cleaner, this isn't one of them. There are some good people who live on this street and try to make it day by day, but there are too many gangs and drug dealers on this street. You will probably feel unsafe walking down this street. It is full of graffiti and litter. At least the General Hospital is right near Lexington Ave & E 123rd incase you get hurt.
