"very small street in a big town"

103rd street only spans a few blocks. and well those blocks arent the best either. Its in corona and theres large houses and some brick buildings. parking is somewhat tight as people from other streets then to come and park. It has a large teenage population which can be seen on the streets at 5pm or 5am. I wouldnt recommend it as a safe haven but there is plenty poliece patrols. The streets arent filthy so thats good.
