"Busy during day, Quiet at Night and pretty dirty at all times"

Well this street ends up being used by many cab drivers who want to avoid junction blvd. It also ends up being used as a garbage can for many of the people who pass through it. Its pretty dirty but that can be seen from the residents who have a dont care attitude. Theres a heavy spanish population and also a heavy teenage crowd. I cant say I recommend this street to anyone unless you are looking for low rental properties.

"very small street in a big town"

103rd street only spans a few blocks. and well those blocks arent the best either. Its in corona and theres large houses and some brick buildings. parking is somewhat tight as people from other streets then to come and park. It has a large teenage population which can be seen on the streets at 5pm or 5am. I wouldnt recommend it as a safe haven but there is plenty poliece patrols. The streets arent filthy so thats good.

"strictly residental, dont look for food or gas"

This street was probably designed just to take its residents out to queens blvd or to another main street they can use to get around. I say this becuase its very residental, nothing but houses and a few apt buildings. Theres no stores for food and no gas stations or even a bus route. IF you dont have a car you can walk to a bus stop but in the winter time as we know it, a 5 min walk feels like an eternity.

"calm and cool"

Street has lots of housing. Plenty houses or apt buildings. Mixed income levels and fairly clean. Parking can be hell because of the street space to amount of residents. Some have to end up parking a block away and walking. Theres some small parks inbetween for kids to meet up and play. Not a lot of shops but you will find your deli every few blocks.

"quiet, calm residental street"

115th street in the richmond hill section of queens is predominately west indian owned. You will find the place to be quiet and clean. When there are parties however expect it to carry on all night and parking to be terribly hard. Most ppl have driveways so be careful not to block it or you may find your car has been towed. People arent too talkative, seems to be just out house to car and drive. In the summertime theres ppl just sitting on steps and talking.

"fast track thru part of queens with no lights instead of jamaica ave"

Park Lane South is a street I use to take a lot to get to and from my house. You can access it or use it to head directly to Woodhaven Blvd. Which would save you much more time than taking Jamaica. You can also use it to go towards Queens Village or the Courthouse or many times we took this to get to the Interboro/Jackie Robinson highway. Theres some houses lined on the streets. Normally you dont seen much if any one outself. It is clean and safe trip where you can leave your windows down without fear of a mugger. Very few traffic lights so you can zip to where you have to be.

"Clean Street leading up to Forest Park"

108th street is a rather nice street. Its situated in the richmond hill section of quens. It's in a middle to upper class residential area and is secluded for most of the way until you near the park. At theend of 108th street is Forest Park. There you find the basketball courts, children's playground, the picnic area, the bike tracks and the walkin/joggin trails. The street is pretty clean as the city normally sends the cleaners thru there twice a week since its visted so often. parking can be very hard to get so take the first spot you see no matter the walk.

"residential street, yet not the cleanest"

104th street is a residental street as many in queens. However the residents on this street vary from those on 102 and down. 104 housing value is a bit lower, while for those who arent on section 8 will be subjected to slightly higher rent costs. the streets aren't the cleanest at times but that is understandable as its a busy street. the more ppl that pass the more garbage thats left behind. you will find a decent amount of corner delis with the standard deli goods. i would say the street is good to drive thru to avoid traffic but not worth it for a walk with the kids.

"residental street as depicted in shows"

85th Ave is two blocks off the bustling Jamaica Ave. So its a small walk to all nearby trains, buses, and shopping. Being that the food itself is on Jamaica ave the choice and quaity of food isnt the greatest. 85th ave is lined with several early childhood schools and parks. Its very residential and low on noise. Many neighbors know each other and wives jog together. A street where kids can play on and off the street without fear of a speeding car coming towards them.
