"Uncontrollable fraternity activity"
Two of the eight homes are occupied by fraternities--remember the movie animal house. Drunken students wandering the street, defecating, urinating, and vomiting in neighbors yards. Numerous calls to the police at 1:00 am in the morning due to out of control parties and noise. Drunk students pounding on neighbors doors demanding to come in as they got lost.

- Large trucks parked around the fraturnity houses.
- Street is narrow and the large trucks block access.
- No adult supervision of the fraternity homes.
