"800 - 900 Block of W Newport is just right"
Just off of Halsted St, the 800 & 900 Blocks of W Newport Ave are perfect for anyone and everyone. Neighborly neighbors actually respond to 'Hellos' as passing by and a comfortable mix of 20- and 30- somethings keep the street vibrant with life. A mature canopy of treetops covers the street allowing for a cool mid-afternoon walk during even the hottest months on the 800 side of the block. Access to the Red Line Addison station, the Clark St #22, Broadway St #36, and the Halsted St #8 buses all culminate in an easy commute to and from downtown or any other part of the city.
