West Clarendon Ave, Maryvale

West Clarendon Ave is a quiet middle class area, of mostly well-kept older homes. It is nothing fancy but is safe and close proximity to schools and parks. It is also very near a municipal golf course. This would be a good neighborhood for families with children or retirees, not especially good for young couples or singles due to the lack of entertainment options and distance from downtown.
