We're moving to DC! Where has a Metro stop, a/some bar(s), and houses/condos under $300,000?

Thanks so much everyone! Obviously our dog would prefer house/townhouse over condo.

Plenty. Are there any neighborhoods you have in mind at all? I would love to help!

Also, the neighborhoods I have in mind also have a dog park as well...

Not sure that you will like the answer. Yes, there are one bedroom condos that meet that criteria. You won't be able to find larger condos (2 br or more) in that price range anywhere near a Metro.

I am a life long resident of the city and suggest you also take a close look at which Metro stops will fit your needs. The system is outdated and some of the stations are at the bottom of long escalator that often is not working. Nothing worse than finishing a long day at the office and looking at what appears to be Mt. Everest between you and home sweet home
