"This is a great street - very scenic, but pricey close to I-10"

Voss close to Westheimer has plenty of affordable living options - mainly apartments. When you get close to I-10, this area is beautiful but also some of the highest-priced and most exclusive housing in all of Houston - more expensive than even River Oaks. Also this area has a lot of trees, and is arguably as pretty as many parts of Austin. Second Baptist church is located near San Felipe. Retail concentrations are around San Felipe and Westheimer - including restaurants like Pei Wei.
