Via Landeta, Lunada Bay / Margate

A friend of mine has lived on this street for nearly 30 years. She absolutely loves this street. One side of Via Landeta is flat, the other side is on a slight hill. The hilly side has huge homes. Most have incredible ocean views. On the flat side, the homes are smaller and older. Most kids on this street just walk to the Palos Verdes Intermediate School which is the highest scoring middle school on the Peninsula. Via Landeta feels safe and clean. Just a great street!

Via Landeta is a beautiful street in Lunada Bay, Palos Verdes Estates. It is within walking distance to several California Distinguished Schools; Palos Verdes Intermediate School and Palos Verdes High School. In the summer the older kids can walk to the swimming pools at the high school which are open to the public. The street offers stunning ocean views, beautiful palm trees, and the famous PV peacocks.

Most homes on this street are very large and expensive. Several are in the $ 2+ Million price range. Via Landeta is a quiet street where usually just the residents drive through. It is a great street for families with children. The area around Via Landeta becomes very lively on Halloween. It is a great neighborhood for Trick-or-Treating.
