"Awful driving conditions"

This highway is backed up about 40% of the time. The nice thing is that you can take side roads to get almost anywhere you need to be. If it's between the hours of 4-7 pm, avoid the 101 at all costs, or bring a book on tape with you, because you are going to be there a while.
