About Me

What sets me apart from other Realtors isI simply do not let current market conditions slow me down one bit! This is a great market and as the market gets a little more challenging due to tight inventory, I get A LOT more aggressive. What an AWESOME time to be a REALTOR! The doom and gloom that the media has been portraying HAS come to an end. There are some people who have gotten in over their heads and yes there are some very sad stories of families in financial distress, but there are also a lot of great Real Estate success stories, I don't see those making headlines, I guess they are not the exciting stories. I have been able to help many buyers and sellers in this market and it feels great. Bring it on!!! Call me is you want to get involved in this great real estate market or if you want to talk more about current market conditions!!

"Small Town Feel - Picturesque, Peaceful & Great for Outdoors Enthusiasts!"

Lake Elmo is a gem of a community! It's just a hop and skip from St. Paul, but yet, once you are there - it feels like your miles away from the cities! Rural in nature, peaceful, family-oriented, lots of outdoor space, cross country ski trails, bike trails, horse trails, tubing hills, lots of lakes for fishing, and boating..........something for everyone! Nature is in ABUNDANCE in Lake Elmo, families often see deer and wild turkey roaming through their neighborhood - simply BEAUTIFUL.

"Small Town - Fantastic School System"

Mahtomedi is a small town and has a small-town feel within minutes of the cities. The school system is top-notch, in fact, Mahtomedi High School, was named the top school in Minnesota for 2013. Mahtomedi is close to 694/494/36 and is easy to get to from the cities. The Gateway Trail runs near the schools and is a great way to enjoy the outdoors. There is an appreciation for small businesses and family-ran businesses, with some fun restaurants and stores - The Coffee Cottage, Roma's Italian Market, Gordy's Restaurant, the Lakeview Restaurant. A great place to raise a family.
