University Walk Cir, College Downs

I do not even recommend this area for college kids, moving into the area. The apartments and homes advertise themselves as being close to the University, and that's about the only plus. They are not well kept, and the crime is notoriously bad. Big city crimes! Cars are stolen or broken into, women are raped... It is not a pretty neighborhood. The University City area is quite bad for this actually, but there are places which are close to campus which would be more suited for young college students than this area. It *is* closeby to movie theaters and other amenities, but I promise you it's worth the drive to live a few miles away.
