University Ave, Midway

University Avenue in Saint Paul is always busy, full of movement, cars and pedestrians alike. There are plenty of stores to visit, large ones like Target to smaller family owned shops. There is a variety of ethnicities on University Avenue, Asian Resturants, African Resturants, American Resturants the diversity is quite interesting. I however do NOT recommend walking alone, or anytime at night or after dark whatever time of day. The police are always patrolling University Avenue but the crime happens anyways. I wouldn't recommend living on University Avenue, but people watching and daytime errands are pretty safe!
